Set Up and Staffing
Exhibitor set up will be in the Great Hall at The Wildlife Experience.  The event dates and hours are still under consideration and will be forwarded to interested vendor participants as soon as this information is confirmed.  The decision of whether or not to staff your booth for the entire show is optional but we ask that you leave the booth set up at all times.

 

Break Down
Please leave booths set up for the entire event.  Break down will begin as soon as the
sale is over, date and time TBD.  

What We Provide

Vendor will be provided with a table of either 4 feet of space and 1 chair or 8 feet of space and 2 chairs depending on the booth purchased.  Vendors who purchase 4 feet of space will be sharing an 8 foot table with another vendor.  Only 1 vendor per booth space; no sharing of booth space is allowed.  Additional tables and chairs may be purchased from Your Kids Closet; vendors are not to bring in their own tables.  Displays are to be free standing, attractive and appealing and should identify the business.  Nailing, stapling, pinning and/or taping to the event sites columns, fixtures and/or floors are prohibited.  Your Kids Closet reserves the right to remove any items which were not approved in advance.

 

Samples

Any vendor that will be providing samples of any kind (food, lotion, vitamins, etc.) needs to provide their own insurance.  Your Kids Closet is not responsible for anything related to samples (i.e. allergic reactions, choking, etc.). 

 

Vendors selling children’s products must conform to CPSIA regulations, and will be required to provide proof of certification upon request.
