Your Kids Closet accepts maternity clothing, kids clothing, shoes, toys, bikes, games, outdoor play equipment, videos, baby/kids furniture and other kid related items.
You will earn 70% of the selling price. If you sign up for a volunteer opportunity, you will earn 75% of the selling price of your items! Ask about becoming a Super-Consignor/Volunteer and earn 80%!
Consignors will drop off items that they have priced and tagged before the sale. Your Kids Closet requires that all consignors use our simple bar-coding software to tag their inventory. Once you have registered as a consignor you will be able to enter your inventory, print your tags and register for a drop off time. Drop off times will be limited to 12 consignors per 1 hour slot and will be scheduled on the days just prior to the sale. Drop off will be at The Wildlife Experience. Please register for your drop off spot early to guarantee you get the time you want!
Your Kids Closet will organize the sale floor with everything from all consignors. You do not need to be at the sale to sell your items!
Consignors shop early!
Consignors will get a pass to shop the sale early (before we open to the public), dates and times TBD. Sign up to volunteer and you can shop even earlier at the Volunteer Sale. See the Volunteers page for more details.
Consignor Fees
You will receive a check with your earnings no later than two weeks after the last day of the event. There is a $10.00 consignor fee to participate as a consignor in this event. This does not need to be paid in advance, but will be deducted from the earnings check you receive from us. If your total earnings are less than $10.00, the consignor fee will not be charged.
Donations
You may choose to have your un-sold items donated to a local charity or to pick them up during the designated pick-up time, date and time TBD. If they are not picked up during the designated time they will automatically become property of Your Kids Closet. Your decision will need to be indicated on the tag of each item you consign.
1/2 Price Sale
We will be holding a half- price sale prior to closing down the event. All items will still be for sale at this time, but you may choose to have your items sold at 1/2 price. Your decision will need to be indicated on the tag of each item you consign.
